Privacy Policy

Data we collect

We may collect: your email address; your questionnaire answers (which may include information about your sexual health / intimate wellbeing — "sensitive data" within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR, processed only with your explicit consent); technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed). Card details are entered and processed directly by our payment provider; we never store them.

Purposes

To provide and personalize the service, process payment, provide customer support, and — with your consent — measure audience and run advertising.

Emails

By giving your consent in the questionnaire, you also agree to receive your plan and related emails (tips, reminders and occasional offers about the program). You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, via the link included in each email or by writing to contact.kegel@gmail.com. Transactional emails (access to your program, billing) are sent in any event.

Sub-processors

A payment provider, Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (hosting), Resend (emails), Meta and Google (audience measurement / advertising, subject to your consent). We never sell your data. Some providers are located in the United States (transfers covered by appropriate safeguards).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact.kegel@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website uses cookies (audience measurement, advertising). On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; you can change your choice at any time.

Terms of Sale

Plans and prices

The service is a subscription with automatic renewal (prices in euros, incl. tax): the "1 week" plan from €5.99 (7-day trial) then €31/month; the "1 month" plan from €11.99 then €31/month; the "3 months" plan from €21.99 then €53.04 every 3 months. The exact price, trial length and billing frequency are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment provider. No card details are stored by the publisher.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, by writing to contact.kegel@gmail.com. Cancellation ends all future charges.

Refund — 30-day guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee: if the program isn't right for you, you can request a refund of your payment within 30 days of purchase by writing to contact.kegel@gmail.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
